How to Book a Campsite Using Let’s Camp Mobile

This guide walks you through making a campground reservation using the Let’s Camp mobile site, from searching for a spot to confirming your booking.

Before You Start

You’ll need a Let’s Camp account. If you don’t have one, you can register in advance, or you’ll be prompted to create a profile during checkout.

Step 1: Search for Your Campground

  1. Log in to Let’s Camp.
  2. Choose your destination. You can either:
    • Select a specific location if you already know where you want to go, or
    • Browse by region (for example, search “Canada” to see every campground in that area).
  3. Enter your booking details:
    • What you’re booking (RV, tent, etc.)
    • RV length (if applicable)
    • Your travel dates
  4. Tap Search Campgrounds.

Step 2: Choose a Campground

  1. Review the search results, which reflect the filters you entered.
    • If you already know the campground’s name, start typing it to jump straight to it.
    • Otherwise, scroll through the list of available options.
  2. Tap the campground you want. This opens its Let’s Camp booking profile, with your previously entered details already filled in.
  3. Scroll down and fill in any remaining details, such as:
    • RV type
    • Number of guests
  4. The page will show how many sites are available (for example, “11 sites available”).
  5. Tap Search Now.

Step 3: Select a Site

You can choose your specific site in one of two ways:

Option A: Map View

  1. Use the interactive map to browse available sites. Pinch or zoom if the map is too small, and drag to move around.
  2. Tap a highlighted (blue) site to view its details.
  3. Tap the site again to add it to your cart — it will turn yellow or orange to show it’s in progress.
  4. Confirm it’s been added by checking the cart icon in the top right corner.
  5. To book another site, tap Back to Campground and repeat the search.

Option B: List View (“Choose Site”)

  1. From the campground page, tap Choose Site instead of using the map.
  2. Confirm your search details (accessibility needs, etc.) if prompted.
  3. Tap to view the list of all available sites.
  4. Select the site number you want (e.g., site 33) and tap Add to Cart.
  5. You’ll see a confirmation message that the site was successfully added to your cart.

Step 4: Review Your Cart

  1. Tap the cart icon in the top right corner.
  2. You’ll see every site you’ve added — whether selected through the map or the list view.
  3. Once you’re happy with your selections, scroll to the bottom and tap Proceed to Checkout.

Step 5: Enter Your Information

  1. Review the pricing summary for all selected sites.
  2. If you’re logged in, your saved information will auto-fill. If not, you’ll be prompted to create a Let’s Camp profile.
    • Keeping a profile makes it easier to manage cancellations, date changes, and other adjustments later.
  3. Fill in any required fields — these are marked with a red star and must be completed before you can continue (for example, RV plate number). Fields without a red star are optional.
  4. Tap Continue.
  5. If you booked multiple sites, you’ll repeat this information step for each one (e.g., once for site 6, once for site 33).

Step 6: Add-Ons and Payment

  1. Review any optional add-ons for each site and select any you’d like (or skip if none apply).
  2. Tap Continue.
  3. Choose your payment method:
    • Use a saved payment method, or
    • Add a new card.

Step 7: Confirm and Book

  1. Read and accept the terms and conditions for both the campground and Let’s Camp. The confirm button will turn green once this is done.
  2. Tap Confirm to complete your booking.
  3. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your full booking details.
  4. Scroll down on the confirmation page to double-check your site selections.

Managing Your Bookings

To view or manage your reservations at any time:

  1. Tap the menu icon (the three horizontal lines).
  2. Select My Bookings.
  3. Here you can:
    • View upcoming reservations
    • See completed or canceled bookings
    • Edit your site or dates
    • Reconfirm booking details
