How to Edit Your Campground Profile
(A step-by-step guide to updating your campground listing on Let’s Camp)
Step 1: Log In and Go to Settings
Once you’ve logged into your Let’s Camp account, navigate to the Settings menu located in the left-hand sidebar. Click on Settings to open it.
Step 2: Open Your Camp Profile
Inside Settings, find and click on General Settings. Your camp profile information is accessible either from the main General Settings panel or via the shortcut link in the left-hand sidebar.
Step 3: Click “Edit Camp Profile”
You’ll see a summary of all the information currently displayed on your public Let’s Camp profile. To make changes, click the “Edit Camp Profile” button in the top-right corner of the page.
Step 4: Add a Friendly Link (Custom URL)
In the edit form, you can customize your campground’s URL. This creates a clean, shareable link like: letscamp.ca/yourcampgroundname
Using your campground name makes it easier to direct customers to your profile.
Step 5: Upload Images
- Featured Image — Upload a primary photo that represents your campground.
- Additional Photos — Add extra images so visitors can browse and get a feel for what your campground looks like.
Step 6: Fill In Your Camp Bio
Use the camp bio field to describe your campground. Include details like:
- What’s included in a reservation
- Unique features or highlights
- Any important notes for guests
Step 7: Select Your Amenities
Scroll to the amenities section and click to view pre-loaded options. Simply select the amenities your campground offers or deselect any that don’t apply.
Step 8: Add Contact Information
Fill in the following contact details:
- Phone number
- Existing website URL
- Mailing address (if applicable)
- Physical address — This helps guests find directions to your campground.
Step 9: Set Your Time Zone and Starting Price
- Choose your correct time zone from the dropdown.
- Enter a starting price. A visible price helps attract camper attention and encourages them to explore your listing.
